The Light and Shadow oracle energy for the week

This week I have used my ILLUMINATED TAROT ORACLE DECK I have pulled the 7 of Diamonds. This is also the SUN card. There were some major energetic shifts last week and with human technological developments jumping leaps and bounds. Our ascension to a higher vibration is upon us. This week let us bask in the sun. The hard work we have been putting into planning our future should be looked at and reassessed to make sure everything is on track. This is a favourable energetic week for us all and we will start to see some results from any intentions we made on the new moon.If you are seeing anyone struggling to find their place in the sun, why not lend a helping hand?

This card is advising us that any conflict you are going through is being fuelled by codependency, which side of this are you on? Are you enabling or being enabled? What is it that is being fed or taken from another that keeps causing the issues, dig deep into this one and let the ego rest while making these enquiries…

XIV TEMPERANCE REVERSED

There is a situation here that has been going on for a while, for the ones going through it, you will be aware of it, it may even relate to the last topic I brought up. There are some serious unbalanced emotions involved that have developed over time. Our adaptability to pain lets these things fester , we don’t realise how bad they get until they erupt. Its time to deal with the elephant in the room before bedlam breaks out. Remember it is a high vibrating week, so this stuff comes to the surface for us to deal with and move on!

Psychic Development exercise 

ENERGY BALL

This exercise may seem simple, however it will help you start to tune into your own energy !

Simply start to rub your hands together vigorously for 30 sec, then start to pull them a part.

This can be done slightly bouncing your hands back and forth.

What do you feel? Tingling, resistance, attraction?

How far can you pull your hands apart until you do not feel it?
