I am Martina from Guide by Light; I am a Psychic Medium who uses an array of different techniques to bring you messages.Using a combination of my divination modalities, I have communicated with spirit and channelled the following.
The Light and Shadow oracle energy for the week
This week I have used my ILLUMINATED TAROT ORACLE. The card I have pulled is Ten of Clubs. This card is here with the message to not let your tasks overwhelm you, to keep persevering, and to know that all things come to an end of their cycle. If you are under the pump and feeling low, call in your helpers. What you are doing is important, and it does matter. You cannot pour form an empty cup , so delegate!
I have tuned into spirit to help me select 3 areas of life to draw upon for advice and knowledge.
Self care
Queen of Pentacles reversed
You have been neglecting your self! It’s the time to step into that royal energy and treat yourself accordingly! It can be easy to slip into ruts when we are busy. Try and slow down enough to have a bath or a long shower, commit to something that makes you feel good about yourself.
Service
Page of Wands reversed
Best laid plans. Sometimes we make promises to others when we are feeling good, and soon forget or rather want to forget about them. This week , don’t be that person! Honour your promises and you will feel amazing after doing it ( no matter how tired you are!).
Happiness
Knight of Swords reversed
Rather than seeking happiness away from you , or seeing it as only something you must acquire from somewhere else, look to yourself, your own world, find it close to you! There is something there that is waiting to be acknowledged . Happiness is an energy that is everywhere if we choose to look for it. It could be in the form of a recipe you had wanted to try for years, a letter that you wanted to write instead of texting, it could be anything ! Make the effort to search near rather than far.
Tips for Psychic development
As with any form of training, fundamentals are imperative ! Here are some basic ones to keep you going.
-Meditate, meditate, meditate!!
It’s not rocket science, quietening the mind ,helps develop the mind.
-Start a dream diary.
Keeping a dream diary is a wonderful way to activate the minds recall , but also to look for messages in your nightly adventures.
- Connect to mother nature.
By being out in the natural world , we connect ourselves to all sorts of incredible energy, it is also wonderful for our physical health.
